Sonora (Nora) is a beautiful, 1 year old spaniel mix girl who would love a quiet home and another young dog to play with.  She is just lovely - very well-mannered, housetrained, friendly, sweet and calm in nature.  Nora's previous owner passed away and the family was unable to keep her.   She loves to sleep on the couch during the day but sleeps in a crate at night.  She is great to take on a walk - can't find any bad things about this girl.  If you'd like to be her special someone please fill out our online app.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
