This pic is of Max in his new home with his new sister Jenny.  His mom, Veronica,  reports that he and Jenny have really taken to each other and haven't had any arguments or anything. In fact, they just took a break from wrestling! She also says: Max has gained instant popularity in our mobile home park and is loved by all our neighbors for his cute face and wonderful manners. My mom absolutely adores him and has already offered to watch him any or all the time! He's her good buddy.  Thanks so much for trusting this great little guy to us!

Max is a cute little 1 1/2 year old who looks like a little lion - just imagine him in a lion cut for the summer!  But as you scroll through the pics, you'll see him laying on the couch, being a couch potato and trying to get me to scratch his belly.

He's happy and playful, but calmer than most Poms and not at all a barker. He loves the outdoors and loves to play chase and run. He's also happy just to sit in your lap and give kisses.  He's a young dog and full of energy, and wouldn't like being left alone all day without someone to play with.  Because of this, he'll also need a family who is willing to give him the exercise and attention he needs.

Max's owner had to give him up due to the loss of her home. He's been well taken care of. Now, he'd just like to have a home again, and somebody to love.

Max would do best in home with older children (over 7).

Please read about our adoption policies and procedures before calling or emailing with questions.  Many of your questions can be answered by reading our information.  Keep in mind that the first step toward adoption is to fill out an application.  Also, WE DO NOT SHIP!

All animals are bathed and groomed before adoption, vaccinated with proof of vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and also are sent home with a leash, collar or halter, toy and food to get you started.
