Max is a 5 year old, 5 lb. purebred yorkie who is just the sweetest little love you could ever meet.  Look at those eyes!  Look at how he holds the person's hand in the picture!  That's all he wants is to be touching someone, loving someone.  This special little boy truly deserves a home where someone can love him back.  He needs someone who will be home most of the time, a quiet home where he can build the confidence and trust he needs.  Max has had a full dental.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
